Our Journey: Bringing the Spirit of Colombian Coffee to Germany

We are Colombians, born in the coffee mountains where the world’s finest beans grow. For us, coffee has always been more than just a drink—it is heritage, community, and the daily fuel that sparks our joy.

In 2022, we set out to share that passion with the world. We started humbly, riding into food festivals in Germany with nothing but a small cargo bike and a big dream. Soon after, our story took an Italian twist when we converted a classic Piaggio Ape 50 into a charming three-wheeled mobile coffee bar that became a rolling symbol of our dedication.

It didn’t take long before the little Piaggio could no longer keep up with the demand. People wanted more, and we were determined to deliver. So, we upgraded to six wheels: a fully equipped coffee trailer that travels across the region, bringing the soul of Colombia in every cup.

But after a year, even the trailer reached its limit. We knew it was time to take a major leap forward, expanding our capacity to be more ready than ever to accompany you—whether it is to celebrate your best days or to lift you up on the difficult ones.

And this is only the beginning. Where the road takes us next, we cannot say. But one thing is certain: as long as there is coffee to brew and guests to serve, our journey continues.

In Colombia, the Colibrí (Hummingbird) is a symbol of movement joy and perfect synchronization, qualities that define our service. We wanted to create more than just a coffee company; we wanted to build a mobile experience that delivers the authentic warmth of Colombian hospitality to every trade fair, wedding, and street festival in Germany and Beyond.

Our true craft lies in the preparation. Whether served from our vintage Vespa or our modern coffee trailer, we bring the mastery of professional barista techniques to every cup.
